Shipping

All of our products are shipped to you from the United Kingdom via secure and tracked shipping methods. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50, no code necessary. The free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not take into consideration the 1-2 business days needed to process your order before it is shipped.

Dead Sea Dream ships to the UK and Europe. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Dead Sea Dream only ships on business days, from Monday to Friday (Excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box and products you ordered and email us as soon as possible at info@deadseadream.com to notify us.

 

Customs

When ordering Dead Sea Dream products from the United Kingdom, all custom fees, tariffs and duties are included in the price.

When ordering Dead Sea Dream products from an EU member country, custom fees, tariffs and duties are not included in the price. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local custom office in your country of residence to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your order with Dead Sea Dream.

Please note that we are also unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

 

Returns

We hope that you love Dead Sea Dream products as much as we do. However, if for any reason, you would like to return any or all products from your order, you have fourteen days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will issue a refund if the below return conditions have been met.

All products must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original packaging.

Please make sure you choose the appropriate shipping box for your return to prevent its content from being damaged while in transit.

Please arrange a return shipment provider of your choice. You must bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

returning your product(s), please email us at info@deadseadream.com within fourteen days after delivery to inform us of which product(s) you would like to return. In your email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number email and delivery address. Our Customer Service team will assist you throughout the entire process.
