We want to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We aim to have your order with you within 2-4 working days, depending on when you order.

Royal Mail is our delivery company of choice. They will attempt to make a delivery on the following working day if you can’t receive your order on its original delivery date. If you aren’t home for this second attempt, they will provide instructions on how you can collect your order locally.

When we’ve received your returned items and confirmed they are unopened we’ll process a refund. You should receive funds in no more than 7 days. We’ll keep you updated by email.

All of our Dead Sea Dream products are packaged in widely-recyclable plastics, meaning that you can dispose of them in an environmentally conscious way once you’re done. Many of our customers also reuse our bottles and jars for other things around the house – so whatever you decide to do, you can protect the planet in the process.

The Dead Sea is close to our heart. All of our products are produced in Isreal, close to the Dead Sea region, allowing us to use the very best minerals directly from the source.
